RECENT FILMS

Korkojen Kera

Client: MTV3

Type: TV Intro

I directed this action hero parody for a Finnish prime time show "Korkojen kera" (MTV3). Post production by Lemeon Oy.

Kauneusklinikka Tiina Jylhä

Client: Nelonen (Livtv.fi)

Type: TV Intro

This piece of work made with Lemeon Oy is a tribute to old James Bond intros. All you need is a video projector, trained bodies and some silverpaint.

Reckless Love - Beautiful Bomb

Client: Universal Music Oy

Type: Music video

Beautiful Bomb music video presents a new Finnish talent in 80's style rock: Reckless Love. We wanted to make a glamorous and psychedelic camp video about the California "hair metal" cult, but at the same time a believable act in rock 'n' roll. Where lies the thin red line between good and bad taste. Go figure it out!

Lauri Tähkä & Elonkerjuu - Kylkeen Kyhnytä

Client: Universal Music Oy

Type: Music video

This is an eroticly charged story where Kalevala collides with kung fu! Water is a strong element in the video of course and everything has been filmed in it's real environment, except for a few effects. This is due to budget stuff, but i'm an old school man and I rahter film without effects.

Liekki - Kauan, kauan sitten

Client: Universal Music Oy

Type: Music video

This is not the latest piece of work for sure, but I wanted to add it in being a good example how to make a video with one single shot, using crane camera technique, lots of pre-planning and a little bit of luck. It's a symbolical story about losing a friendship over money or other material nonsense.
